• Comment: We ordered 6 windows and a French door. The owner, Ryan, indicated lead time would be 8-10 weeks. I didn't have a problem with that due to the time of year and the uncertainty of the weather from day to day. They called 3-4 weeks after placing the order and said they are ready to install.
  
  Brian, the installer, said it may take a couple days. Well, he finished in one day all by himself! I was impressed! Freedom Windows really has an excellent employee. He was professional and courteous and obviously cared about his work. These are qualities that are hard to find nowadays.
