I had a 100% positive experience with Freedom windows, start to finish. Communication was easy and prompt. Prices were very reasonable, particularly when compared to larger companies. There was no pressure, just information at the time of the in home quote with Jason. Installers (Brian and Josh) were pleasant, fast, and cleaned up all debris from the job. Highly recommend this local business! Before and after pics included, which don’t do this beautiful picture window justice! The entire room feels transformed

I could not recommend any higher! We could not have asked for a better team to work with and have our windows and doors installed. Especially if you have any issues with parts, the communication was great and very speedy to fix. If we ever need any of our other windows/doors replaced we will only be working with Freedom Windows!

We were looking for a window that wouldn’t require maintenance, that wouldn’t have seal failure, and provided insulation value. It is a strong window with a vinyl wrapped fiberglass frame. The customer service was exceptional and the installation was quick and painless on our 60 year old house. We looked at many different windows before making our choice. We only found one window that was comparable but it was twice the cost. We are very pleased with Freedom Windows.

Big, giant shout out to Freedom Windows. To say my project was challenging would be an understatement. The ceilings are tall and the outside is perched on top of a ravine. The effort put forth just to set in the top 250 pound window was incredible. They could have easily said no. But instead they rallied as a team to come up with a very creative idea to reach the window from the inside AND from the outside. I had the opportunity to spend time with everyone from sales, install, and the owner. It’s overwhelming clear that these guys have a bigger mission than just windows, siding and doors. They’re trying to leave every interaction with the customer being a better person. They lead with kindness, compassion, and genuinely listen. I just can’t say enough about the character and integrity of everyone there. Which is unique for in-home sales these days. Oh. The price was also a fraction of other quotes we looked at. And there were no gotchas. They’ll fix rotted sills and insulation as they go. All included. They even offered to refund me a portion of the price as they saved a little on scaffolding and lifts. As honest, reliable and trustworthy of a company as you could ever imagine. If you’re in need, you’re short changing yourself if you don’t consider Freedom Windows! 👍👍

We used Freedom to replace all of the windows in our home, and they did an outstanding job! Not only was their pricing competitive, but from quote to final product, it was only 6-7 weeks. We are so excited and have gotten so many compliments already. They completely transformed our home!

Awesome experience start to finish. We could not be happier with the new windows. Excellent communication through the process, the windows are amazing, we can see an unbelievable difference from the windows they pulled out. The install was efficient, clean, and non evasive. We had Freedom Windows replace 2 of our windows. Even though it was a small job, Ryan treated us as importantly as if we were replacing all of our windows. The windows came in quickly, and Brian and Josh came out to install them. They did an outstanding job and the windows look amazing. When it comes time to replace the rest of our windows, there is no doubt who we are going to call..

Update Oct 19, 2025: our furnace and AC are both broken and need replaced. Currently waiting for replacement installs. Yesterday got up to 81 and or house stayed a chill 70. At night it gets down to 48 and it's been staying around 68 in the house. I don't believe we'd be comfortable right now if it weren't for our new windows. I believe I made the right choice going with Freedom Windows. We had some hiccups along the way as sometimes happens with these sort of things, but Ryan and team always worked to fix them correctly in a timely manner. PROS: 1) The rest of my house is sorta ugly (it's a work in progress), but my new windows helped improve the look greatly. 2) Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right windows for our house. 3) They always responded and I never had to chase them down for anything. 4) Trust is a big thing lacking in many companies lately, but Freedom Windows earned my trust. That's a big deal because when you hire someone to rip out your old windows, it feels like your house is naked and defenseless to the elements. It's scary and feels weird. You have to trust that they'll put something better back in place. 5) My house is noticably cooler in the summer. I thought I had an inefficient air conditioner, but really I had old windows. Now I don't need to buy a new air conditioner. 6) Freedom Windows was by far the most competitive quote we received. You can't beat the quality for the price. 7) No more sun bleaching. Literally, my floors, my kids toys, furniture, etc. all were getting bleached from all the sun coming in my old sliding doors. Ryan hooked us up with some special UV protecting film between the panes of glass. I can look directly out the windows now without getting blinded. 8) No more plastic shrink wrap on my windows in the winter. CONS: 1) Our 4 cats can no longer sun bath. The beams come in, but there is no heat for them. They have one old window that we did not get done. It has one small beam come in the kitchen. That's where they lay now. In the middle of the kitchen floor where we trip over them. 2) The windows are so nice that I worry about something bad happening to them. 3) My 1 yr old keeps kissing his reflection leaving hand and lip prints all over the shiny new glass. These windows would be perfect if they could clean themselves.

Great service from the initial inquiry, reviewing product, service agreement, install, to follow up make sure I was completely satisfied. Each person I made contact was patient, courteous and provide stellar customer service. And quality windows for a great price. Would highly recommend.

After having some issues with our 20 year old, builder-grade windows, we decided that it was time to spend the money and upgrade our home. The thought of spending that much money on windows wasn't particularly exciting, as my initial instinct was that "windows are windows". Boy was I wrong. Before we even hired them, Ryan and his professional staff met with us on several occasions to assess our home and windows, and to thoroughly explain their products and the installation process. They knew that we were shopping around with some of their competitors and at no point was there any sales pressure from them. Their pricing was competitive, but what really sold us was their belief in the their product as well as the quality of their installation; which I later learned is of paramount importance. The delivery and installation was on time, the staff was always friendly and kept a clean work site, and we couldn't be more happy with the final product.

Ryan and his men did a fabulous job on my windows and doors. My house was cold and drafty not to mention noisy due to the windows and doors. Freedom windows took the time with me to explain everything about the new windows and doors, were very professional and careful not to ruin my window treatments as well as my house furnishings. Ryan helped me design everything and it turned out beautifully. No more noise, no drafts and my electric bill went down from $652 to $250. So that’s great news!!! I highly recommend Ryan Brown and Freedom Windows for you window and door needs!!!

Ryan and the team at Freedom Windows are incredible. From the very first consultation, to the installation, every touchpoint was human first and kept me and my thoughts in mind. During the initial sales process, Ryan was incredibly supportive and had fantastic recommendations for us that we ended up implementing in our home and it looks amazing. You can really tell how much he and the team actually care about making our home look as good as it can. Brian, Josh and the installation team were first class as well. Incredibly efficient, open and even when my dog Otis would get in their way, they'd be sure to lean down and pet him before getting back to installation, which he loved! I first contacted Freedom Windows on 11/01/2024, and initially spoke with the owner, Ryan. By the end of that day I had exchanged email with Ryan, and Jason (General Manager) that included photos of the six windows I wished to have replaced. On 11/11/2024, Jason came to my home, provided an estimate, we signed a contract which included the number of days the work would take (once started) and I made a 50% advance payment. The next day, on 11/12/2024, Jason returned with Brian (Project Manager) who took exact measurements of each window and discussed with me his plans for installation. On 12/09/2024, I received a phone call from Jason that the custom made windows had arrived and we scheduled the installation for the following day. On 12/10/2024, Brian and Josh (Installer) showed up first thing in the morning, and despite very cold temperatures and a "wintery mix," completed the installation before 12:30 PM. From the interior the windows were a perfect match to the trim that had surrounded the leaky windows they had just removed. The exterior was outlined with a custom fitted casing that we watched Brian and Josh create for each window. LOTS of credit to Brian and Josh who never even mentioned the weather, and finished in record time. We were billed less than the original estimate because scaffolding was not ultimately needed, and that cost was removed from our final invoice. We initially had representatives from three window companies provide estimates. One company was disqualified from consideration because they would not guarantee the length of time in would take once work began (leaving me with a some kind of temporary fix until they could complete the work, IF there would have been a "problem"). Another company was over twice the cost of Freedom Windows' estimate. We choose Freedom Windows because of their responsiveness, willingness to address very specific issues we had and their very competitive pricing. Additionally, our windows came with a LIFETIME, TRANSFERABLE warranty so when we sell our home we can pass the warranty along to the new owners. From our first contact with Ryan (the owner) on November 1st, to the when Brian and Josh drove away after completing the installation on December 10th, it was 40 days. I really don't know if anything could have been better, easier...and at the best price of the three companies we received estimates from. Thank you, Ryan, Jason, Brian and Josh! Well done! Then two months after installation, and after snow, sub-zero temps, ice rain, rain and wind, Brian (the installer) returned to double-check that everything looked good on the exterior!

Great experience buying windows from this company. No pressure and patient sales approach with no price games and lots of creative design options. A high-quality product and install. Fantastic people to work with.
