I believe I made the right choice going with Freedom Windows. We had some hiccups along the way as sometimes happens with these sort of things, but Ryan and team always worked to fix them correctly in a timely manner. PROS: 1) The rest of my house is sorta ugly (it's a work in progress), but my new windows helped improve the look greatly. 2) Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right windows for our house. 3) They always responded and I never had to chase them down for anything. 4) Trust is a big thing lacking in many companies lately, but Freedom Windows earned my trust. That's a big deal because when you hire someone to rip out your old windows, it feels like your house is naked and defenseless to the elements. It's scary and feels weird. You have to trust that they'll put something better back in place. 5) My house is noticably cooler in the summer. I thought I had an inefficient air conditioner, but really I had old windows. Now I don't need to buy a new air conditioner. 6) Freedom Windows was by far the most competitive quote we received. You can't beat the quality for the price. 7) No more sun bleaching. Literally, my floors, my kids toys, furniture, etc. all were getting bleached from all the sun coming in my old sliding doors. Ryan hooked us up with some special UV protecting film between the panes of glass. I can look directly out the windows now without getting blinded. 8) No more plastic shrink wrap on my windows in the winter. CONS: 1) Our 4 cats can no longer sun bath. The beams come in, but there is no heat for them. They have one old window that we did not get done. It has one small beam come in the kitchen. That's where they lay now. In the middle of the kitchen floor where we trip over them. 2) The windows are so nice that I worry about something bad happening to them. 3) My 1 yr old keeps kissing his reflection leaving hand and lip prints all over the shiny new glass. These windows would be perfect if they could clean themselves.

From the first meeting with Ryan to the last day of install with Dustin, we knew we had made the right decision! Freedom Windows won’t disappoint- the windows are amazing in looks & technology- even makes it quieter in the house! We have beautiful windows with a lifetime /transferrable warranty and a warmer house- plus a company behind them that I can contact if anything comes up! I don’t expect anything but it’s reassuring to know that Ryan is there if needed! Thanks again guys for your professionalism- we couldn’t be happier! Sue & Steve T

We highly recommend Ryan and his team for new windows and door! They have excellent communication and arrive on time when they say they will. Every one of my questions were answered and Jason has a real passion for quality. I can't thank them enough for their craftsmanship and how hard they worked to quickly install everything. The windows are amazing and the back door is more than we expected. We are extremely grateful we went with Freedom Windows!

Ryan ( the owner) and the entire Freedom Windows crew are very professional & thorough from the first meeting through the installation process! They worked very hard to get all of our Windows installed in a timely manner- cleaned up after themselves inside and out! We are so pleased with the choice we made - these guys are truly the best!

Best investment in our home thus far…by far!! Jason was a very knowledgeable sales representative. Zero pressure sales but his products made it an easy choice. We looked at several companies and Freedom stood out in all the good ways.

This company exceeded my expectations in every way. Ryan was very friendly and had great suggestions on what kind of windows would work best for me. The turnaround time and pricing were much better than any of the other window companies I spoke with. I am absolutely thrilled with the look and quality of all the windows and the sliding glass door they installed. Brian, the installer, was terrific. He was professional and extremely careful and I could not be happier with the job he did.

After sitting through 5 different window presentations and inquiring about the installation, materials, and process, I chose Freedom Windows to replace all 24 of our windows. From the first meeting with Ryan we knew he was different from all of the other companies we had invited in for estimates. He wasn't aggressive, intimidating, or pushy with wanting to sell you his products. To say we felt extremely comfortable with him would be an understatement. He was educational, honest and open, did not put down his competitors or speak negatively about them (in fact he was the opposite), and let his product, and his installation process and crew speak for itself. His price wasn't a "special offer" or "only good till " type of sales pitch. There was literally NO PRESSURE! The product, KHPP Genesis Window line, is of high quality with multiple benefits that, in my opinion, placed it clearly above all competing products. And when combined with the Freedom Windows team - a no brainer. And over the past 2 weeks my windows have been installed, I couldn't be happier with my decision! I was also extremely pleased with the entire installation process. The installation crew showed up on time, communicated their daily plan (my project was going to take two days to complete), educated me on their installation process, kept me informed of findings or updates as they worked room-to-room, and cleaned up along the way. They were clearly experienced and efficient, and the entire process went extremely smooth! In all, I'm very happy with my decision to go with Freedom Windows and the KHPP Genesis Window line. If you're in need of replacement windows, do yourself a favor and call Ryan at Freedom Windows. You won't be disappointed!

Freedom Windows came highly recommended from our realtor. They were the first company we called for new windows, exterior doors and gutters. Ryan responded immediately and within a day he was in our home for a consult. There was zero sales pressure and he is very trustworthy. I didn't even get a second quote from another company and it was the BEST decision we could have made. Don't waste any time with other companies. And don't be drawn in by other companies' "deals". Freedom Windows is all about customer service and quality. Our products arrived early and the installation crew was first rate. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed and even shook out rugs. The crew was fast and efficient without working sloppily. As well, they were willing to answer every question along the way for transparency. The crew was respectful of us working from home and kept radio volumes down when working and had very clean language from Day 1. Everyone showed up to work...on time. And no one was loafing around. We very much got the feeling that everyone at Freedom Windows treated our home, our sanctuary, as they would treat their very own home(s). Freedom Windows is worth every last penny.
