This sliding glass door install converted a small window space and partially in-ground wall space to a larger sliding glass door leading to an in-process, recessed concrete patio. It was very complicated working with two other contractors to get this job done. Freedom Windows went above and beyond to keep us as warm as possible when unseen circumstances (not on their part) prevented the door install for an entire week after the hole was cut (in December). I'm very happy with their helpfulness and positivity while working with us and the other contractors.

Ryan and his team were amazing. Due to COVID/supply chain issues, it took the door a lot longer than expected to arrive. However, once it did, their installers came and installed our new screen door the same day. Everyone was prompt, polite and did an amazing job. So happy we found Freedom—will use them again (windows next time)and will refer them to everyone I know!

I originally researched 11 providers, examining Angie, BBB and personal reviews. I interviewed and received quotes from 5 of those providers. I selected Freedom Windows because of the product quality, provider and manufacturer warranty and Ryan Brown's (owner) no pressure presentation. His installation crew added to my confidence that I made a good decision. Brian and Joel were courteous, professional, friendly and thorough. Cleanup was exceptional. The sales, installation and follow-up has met or exceeded my expectations. We have had our new windows and doors for over 2 weeks now. They are attractive and have performed as advertised. I highly recommend Ryan Brown and his Freedom Windows products.

Did a great job in installing 2 rear entry doors. Had a small problem after installation that they came out to fix right away the next day. Looks great and installed great!

Freedom Windows replaced my old basement windows from the 1950s with glass block windows and it looks like my house got a facelift. I walked downstairs into the basement the next morning, and noticed an incredible amount of light that wasn't there before. The crew deftly made a custom dryer vent and air conditioner wire portal through one of the windows (this is incredibly skilled custom work) and it looks phenomenal. In addition, every crew member is conscientious and mindful of clean up. I really appreciated the clear communication and scheduling.

I cannot express in words how impressed we were with our recent window installation by Freedom Windows. We received 3 other quotes from local window companies. For one local Hilliard company I waited on hold for 10 minutes and was told it would take 3-4 weeks just to get a quote. When I called Freedom, Ryan Brown answered and came out within 2 days. He spent hours with us discussing various options for our new windows. All of our questions were answered in depth. It was almost like we were getting a physics lesson on windows!- He is extremely knowledgeable about windows. He was willing to work with us on our budget as well. We ordered the windows and waited for the manufacturer. The entire time we were waiting Ryan would continue to answer our questions and keep us updated. The windows arrived and our installation was scheduled the next day. The installers were friendly and amazing. They finished all 15 windows on day 1 and came back the next day to install our patio door. Everything went extremely smoothly. We love our new windows and I am confident that in the unlikely event we have any issues, Ryan would be out quickly to address them. Great company all around!!! Highly recommend!

Freedom Windows was amazing, from consultation and explaining the vast world of windows to communicating with me in between ordering of windows and installation. The installation crew was great, they were friendly, professional and did not miss a step when my young son was following them around. I would recommend Freedom Windows to everyone. I will be using them again for doors when the time comes.

WOW! From the initial contact for an estimate, thru the installation and payment, I could not have been more pleased (nor could my wife!) with each and every step of the process. Quality, cost, explanation, response, clean-up... you name it, Freedom Windows is tops!

Best decision ever!! While you might be looking for the cheapest way to go for windows. DO NOT! Check out the BBB for review of the competition first. Freedom Windows are an amazing company. We needed windows, sliding glass door, front door, and then decided to get a storm door and new shutters. All I can say is their salesman Ryan was very attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating. He knew his product and is so personable you can not NOT want to buy from him. So nice..everyone was so nice. My teenage boys were there during the install and said the installer was super friendly and considerate. Phil came out pre-install and went through the details one final time. Great guy. In a world of crazy it is nice to have nice. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with Freedom Windows. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and this was well worth the money!

Freedom Windows should be your first and last call for new windows &/or doors. I shopped around between 7 different companies. Ryan with Freedom Windows was the first company to come out and certainly made the best impression after every other company made me dread the process. I was so impressed with how down to earth Ryan is. There was so sales pitch, no pushing, no high pressure. Just a love for what he does and a strong dedication to customer service. I've hired lots of contractors before and am usually disappointed with some aspect of the experience. Ryan blew me away and never got tired of the endless questions I asked. He was super responsive with communication, which is a big deal for me, and was nothing but absolutely professional. I felt like I was treated as a family member and that says a lot. Because Ryan does more than just windows, I ended up choosing to have more done and Ryan worked with me on my budget. He made it happen so that I could get everything I wanted and still stayed within my budget. I replaced 12 windows, 2 doors, 2 storm doors, new shutters and all new gutters & downspouts, all done by Freedom Windows. They say installation and the experience is what defines a company's reputation. Brian is an A+++ worker. He was not only super patient with me as I followed him around my house and asked questions non-stop, but he paid attention to details that were important to me. I completely trusted him being in my home. And a shout out to Joel for being helpful and kind to me as well. This was by far the most expensive upgrade I've made to my home since owning it and I absolutely chose the best company for it. Don't buy all the hype from the other companies that will push that their window is better. When it comes down to it, Freedom Windows exceeded the other companies window data and was very competitively priced. I am loving my new windows and the transformed look of my home. Give Ryan a call. Ryan made the experience of buying windows so easy. I first contacted him two years ago about replacing windows but ended up having to forego replacements due to other circumstances. Two years later when I was able to finally purchase, he remembered me and my home and took care of everything, just like the first time I'd talked to him. Brian, my installer, was SO nice. He answered all of my questions about the install and was so understanding that I had no clue about replacements as this was the first time I'd ever done it. He also loved my dogs, which is also a bonus! I already notice a huge difference in my energy savings from my furnace not kicking on as much, and also the way that different weather days don't impact the heat/coolness of my house. Whenever anyone mentions getting new windows, I always tell them about Freedom Windows and Ryan!
