Best investment in our home thus far…by far!! Jason was a very knowledgeable sales representative. Zero pressure sales but his products made it an easy choice. We looked at several companies and Freedom stood out in all the good ways.

Bought a home in July '23 and engaged numerous contractors for various services to customize the house to my liking. Undoubtedly, Freedom stood out as the premier contractor among them. From the initial sales process to the replacement/installation and subsequent follow-up service, Ryan and his team displayed unparalleled responsiveness, clarity in communication, and were an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. In an era where finding high-quality, top-notch contractors is increasingly rare due to a lack of care from individuals and businesses alike, Freedom proved to be a refreshing exception. Their genuine dedication to their craft and the excellence of their work set them apart. Without hesitation, I'll choose Freedom again for any future window or door needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional service in these areas.

This company exceeded my expectations in every way. Ryan was very friendly and had great suggestions on what kind of windows would work best for me. The turnaround time and pricing were much better than any of the other window companies I spoke with. I am absolutely thrilled with the look and quality of all the windows and the sliding glass door they installed. Brian, the installer, was terrific. He was professional and extremely careful and I could not be happier with the job he did.

After sitting through 5 different window presentations and inquiring about the installation, materials, and process, I chose Freedom Windows to replace all 24 of our windows. From the first meeting with Ryan we knew he was different from all of the other companies we had invited in for estimates. He wasn't aggressive, intimidating, or pushy with wanting to sell you his products. To say we felt extremely comfortable with him would be an understatement. He was educational, honest and open, did not put down his competitors or speak negatively about them (in fact he was the opposite), and let his product, and his installation process and crew speak for itself. His price wasn't a "special offer" or "only good till " type of sales pitch. There was literally NO PRESSURE! The product, KHPP Genesis Window line, is of high quality with multiple benefits that, in my opinion, placed it clearly above all competing products. And when combined with the Freedom Windows team - a no brainer. And over the past 2 weeks my windows have been installed, I couldn't be happier with my decision! I was also extremely pleased with the entire installation process. The installation crew showed up on time, communicated their daily plan (my project was going to take two days to complete), educated me on their installation process, kept me informed of findings or updates as they worked room-to-room, and cleaned up along the way. They were clearly experienced and efficient, and the entire process went extremely smooth! In all, I'm very happy with my decision to go with Freedom Windows and the KHPP Genesis Window line. Ryan and his crew were great, the 12 new windows we had installed made a massive difference in reducing noise. There is no high pressure sales tactics or 3 hour presentation. Just straight up facts about the product, a great warranty and he beat all other prices. It's the best of all worlds, which is rare to find. The two installers were great guys and it was a pleasure having them in the house. I had a second opinion from another installer with 20+ years experience and he approved of all the work done. Overall it was an excellent experience despite the chaos that can come from renovations.

Ryan made an excellent presentation of the various windows he had available and we chose the Freedom Genesis product. The windows arrived according to the scheduled date and were timely installed. The install crew were clean, neat, and professional. The job came out great and I would highly recommend his company to anyone.

Freedom Windows were amazing from Start to Finish. I was dreading the whole Window Quote process but from the moment Ryan the Owner arrived, it was seamless! Not only was he courteous, professional and non-pressuring, but he offered different options and ideas that actually saved me money and didn't increase the price. He took measurements, discussed options and sent me an email quote later in the day. There was no, if you commit now, you will get this price or if you buy this many you will get this much off. It was straight forward and transparent. The week of installation Bryan and Iilse (I am sure that is misspelled) were fantastic! They were professional, friendly and worked non-stop for two days. I have some awesome color changes on the outside (suggestions made by Ryan) and they would make sure I liked the final look before preceding to the next window. Neil (Installation Supervisor) stopped in to make sure everything was coming along to my satisfaction. He was very informative and let me know exactly what their next steps were to get everything completed. My overall experience was much more than I could have ever expected. When I found out the cost of replacement windows, I immediately scheduled 8 interviews in the greater Columbus area! I can't express how happy I am that I chose Freedom Windows. They provide superb quality windows at a competitive price. Their service is even more impressive! My head installer, Brice, found rot underneath the back door we were replacing. They removed all the rotted wood, bought lumber to replace it and finished everything perfectly. When asked about the extra cost, I got a text from the installer and owner saying "no extra cost at all, this is what you get from choosing Freedom Windows :)." They are THE BEST!

Freedom Windows replaced all 13 screeens in my sun room with the Genesis line of insulated windows. The window quality was excellent. Pricing was competitive, new windows arrived on time as scheduled and were promptly installed. I was very happy with all aspects of the job and would highly recommend Ryan and Freedom Windows to anyone.

I wanted make a point of letting our community know about a local company that is doing great work. Around Christmas time, we finally decided it was time to replace our windows and called 3 different companies to get quotes. We had the "big" name (with the big promises of typical buy one, get one free- where we literally laughed out loud, when they told us the price), and, whose, salesperson minimized our requests, and spent the whole time criticizing other window companies. I had seen others on our local Facebook group recommend Ryan Brown with Freedom Windows, and I really appreciated that they were a local business with great reviews. From start to finish we were impressed with Ryan, Jason, Neil, Brian and Joel. Jason actually listened to us, and made terrific suggestions to deliver exactly what we wanted, and introduced us to products that we didn't even consider at a fraction the price the "big" company was quoting. Ryan- personally texted back promptly to every question about windows that my husband had which was a lot, providing photos so we could see and understand every aspect. Brian and Joel, installed our windows with such efficiency, quality and care (and were amazing with our 2 yr old Fox Red Lab- who is going to miss them greatly :)). Brian is a real craftsman, and is a true expert in the field. Our windows turned out amazing. The Picture Window in our 4 seasons room changes the whole look and feel of our space. We cannot recommend Freedom Windows enough. You will not be disappointed in their prices, products and service. Ryan responded immediately and within a day he was in our home for a consult. There was zero sales pressure and he is very trustworthy. I didn't even get a second quote from another company and it was the BEST decision we could have made. Don't waste any time with other companies. And don't be drawn in by other companies' "deals". Freedom Windows is all about customer service and quality. Our products arrived early and the installation crew was first rate. They cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed and even shook out rugs. The crew was fast and efficient without working sloppily. As well, they were willing to answer every question along the way for transparency. The crew was respectful of us working from home and kept radio volumes down when working and had very clean language from Day 1. Everyone showed up to work...on time. And no one was loafing around. We very much got the feeling that everyone at Freedom Windows treated our home, our sanctuary, as they would treat their very own home(s). Freedom Windows is worth every last penny.

From the sales interaction with Jason to the installation with Brian, we were thrilled with the price, quality, and service we received. We also love the picture window!! We have already recommended them to our friends and family.

I can not say enough about this company. They were very professional from day one. Jason and Ryan were wonderful explaining my options and the process of the windows. I appreciate there was no pressure to sign anything the day they came out and emailed me an estimate, which was a competitive price, to me that is comforting as other companies pressure same day sales. My windows arrived 2-3 weeks early and were promptly installed. Brice (installation) was very courteous, professional and did an amazing job installing my windows. The back of my condo faces a very busy road, I used to have listen to cars go by all the time, not anymore, it's so quiet! I had a few questions after installation and Neil came over within two days to go over my questions and was so very helpful. This team of guys are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone!
