Amazing team from start to finish! I highly recommend!

​I couldn't be happier. I had every window in my house replaced. From the start to finish Ryan Brown was there to answer any questions and was incredibly helpful when I struggled with decisions. Even last minute changes on my part were made seamlessly. I've had a lot of work done on my house over the 24 years, and have hired many contractors. By far, this company stands above and beyond all I've worked with and the quality of the windows are amazing. What a huge difference it has made. Beautiful outside and no more drafts inside! The process was easy, the team who installed them were the best. They really enjoy what they do, and take a lot of pride in the quality of their work. Josh and Brian were an amazing team and made sure each window was installed perfectly. Thank you Freedom Windows!

My experience with Freedom Windows was excellent from the sales to the install and finish. The replacement of my old sliding glass door was done with efficiency and looks beautiful. I desired to make the sliding glass door larger than existing and there was no problem and no question that it could be accomplished. Very professional.

I first contacted Freedom Windows on 11/01/2024, and initially spoke with the owner, Ryan. By the end of that day I had exchanged email with Ryan, and Jason (General Manager) that included photos of the six windows I wished to have replaced. On 11/11/2024, Jason came to my home, provided an estimate, we signed a contract which included the number of days the work would take (once started) and I made a 50% advance payment. The next day, on 11/12/2024, Jason returned with Brian (Project Manager) who took exact measurements of each window and discussed with me his plans for installation. On 12/09/2024, I received a phone call from Jason that the custom made windows had arrived and we scheduled the installation for the following day. On 12/10/2024, Brian and Josh (Installer) showed up first thing in the morning, and despite very cold temperatures and a "wintery mix," completed the installation before 12:30 PM. From the interior the windows were a perfect match to the trim that had surrounded the leaky windows they had just removed. The exterior was outlined with a custom fitted casing that we watched Brian and Josh create for each window. LOTS of credit to Brian and Josh who never even mentioned the weather, and finished in record time. We were billed less than the original estimate because scaffolding was not ultimately needed, and that cost was removed from our final invoice. We initially had representatives from three window companies provide estimates. One company was disqualified from consideration because they would not guarantee the length of time in would take once work began (leaving me with a some kind of temporary fix until they could complete the work, IF there would have been a "problem"). Another company was over twice the cost of Freedom Windows' estimate. We choose Freedom Windows because of their responsiveness, willingness to address very specific issues we had and their very competitive pricing. Additionally, our windows came with a LIFETIME, TRANSFERABLE warranty so when we sell our home we can pass the warranty along to the new owners. From our first contact with Ryan (the owner) on November 1st, to the when Brian and Josh drove away after completing the installation on December 10th, it was 40 days. I really don't know if anything could have been better, easier...and at the best price of the three companies we received estimates from. Thank you, Ryan, Jason, Brian and Josh! Well done!

Freedom Windows was very professional and so helpful in getting our project underway. The team is nice, personable and wasn’t pushy at all about sales. They took their time to explain the process and gave us options that fit our budget.

I contacted Freedom Windows based on their numerous 5 Star Reviews. Now I’m leaving one myself. They replaced an old set of French doors with a sparkling new sliding glass door. They did what they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it for the amount they said it would cost. I will be working with them again on our next project. Wonderful people and quality product.

I believe I made the right choice going with Freedom Windows. We had some hiccups along the way as sometimes happens with these sort of things, but Ryan and team always worked to fix them correctly in a timely manner. PROS: 1) The rest of my house is sorta ugly (it's a work in progress), but my new windows helped improve the look greatly. 2) Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right windows for our house. 3) They always responded and I never had to chase them down for anything. 4) Trust is a big thing lacking in many companies lately, but Freedom Windows earned my trust. That's a big deal because when you hire someone to rip out your old windows, it feels like your house is naked and defenseless to the elements. It's scary and feels weird. You have to trust that they'll put something better back in place. 5) My house is noticably cooler in the summer. I thought I had an inefficient air conditioner, but really I had old windows. Now I don't need to buy a new air conditioner. 6) Freedom Windows was by far the most competitive quote we received. You can't beat the quality for the price. 7) No more sun bleaching. Literally, my floors, my kids toys, furniture, etc. all were getting bleached from all the sun coming in my old sliding doors. Ryan hooked us up with some special UV protecting film between the panes of glass. I can look directly out the windows now without getting blinded. 8) No more plastic shrink wrap on my windows in the winter. CONS: 1) Our 4 cats can no longer sun bath. The beams come in, but there is no heat for them. They have one old window that we did not get done. It has one small beam come in the kitchen. That's where they lay now. In the middle of the kitchen floor where we trip over them. 2) The windows are so nice that I worry about something bad happening to them. 3) My 1 yr old keeps kissing his reflection leaving hand and lip prints all over the shiny new glass. These windows would be perfect if they could clean themselves.

We received five windows and a front door from freedom. I fought my wife about getting a door. I said our door does exactly what it needs to do. But this door rocks. When we put this door in, it gave me that feeling that I liked about the new houses I looked at. Freedom windows installed our door and windows while we were on vacation. We left with bad windows and doors and came back home with a pleasant surprise. I would recommend them absolutely.

He offered creative solutions and thoughtful suggestions and their pricing was extremely competitive. The whole process from start to finish was low stress and very positive. Brian and Josh, the project manager and window installers were professional and efficient. We love our new windows! Our views are now amazing. Jason and his crew at Freedom Windows are top notch. Competitive pricing they’re communication is excellent and there cleanliness after the job was done was like no one was even there. Beyond impressed! From the beginning, working with Jason on an estimate was so easy with no pressure, and Jason was great! Only had to wait 3 weeks before they were calling me asking when they could install! We were told May 1st between 8:20 and 8:50 and Brian and Josh showed up at 8:20. They did not stop all day, even when I asked them "aren't you going to take a break?" They said no. They were so professional and did such a great job, I just couldn't believe that companies like this still existed! Our windows look beautiful and the customer service is unparalleled!! We had gotten other estimates and were being pressured into signing that day. I had a gut feeling about this company, and my gut was right! You do not need to have anyone else give you an estimate, this company is beyond comparison to any other window company (in my opinion of course). I can't say enough about them, all I can say is thank you Freedom Windows for the exceptional work, professionalism and sincere pride you take in your work! I couldn't be more happy with the work or windows!
