I met with four companies to provide estimates for replacing 10 windows and a front door. I was most impressed with Freedom by far. Ryan was knowledgeable and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics like other companies did. He was the only one to encourage me to research and get quotes from other companies and compare. The price was very reasonable compared to others (with one being more than double the cost) and the windows are good quality. The windows themselves are only half of the equation though. The best windows installed poorly will still freeze you in the winter and roast you in the summer. The installers who came out – Brian and Joel – are employees of the company and have both been with Freedom for multiple years. They both took the time and attention to detail necessary to ensure a solid installation using quality products (DAP 812 insulating foam) and a clean environment after the work was complete. My windows were installed in November 2022 and my heat pump has never worked so well. My house stayed at 70 while outside was below 0 with no auxiliary heat needed. Bottom line: With Freedom, you pay for quality windows and quality installation from a local company. Not high-pressure salesmen, limited-time offers, radio ads, mailers, commercials, and sub-contracted installation crews that you get with other companies.

We chose Freedom Windows based on a referral and a competitive price. After the job was completed, we were experiencing cold air coming in our bedroom as if we still had the old windows, so our first reaction was to blame the new windows. Ryan listened to my concerns and came back to assess the situation. It was determined that the house walls have areas of no insulation, no fault of the new windows whatsoever. I think what separates a good company from a great company is, how good is their warranty service and how are they at problem solving. Ryan and Co. could have walked away and said ‘not our problem’ but instead they came back and did everything they could to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We will be looking into adding insulation to our home. Ryan takes a personal interest in his company and his customers. Buy your windows from Ryan with confidence, he is a great guy and will take care of you.

Freedom Windows did a wonderful job replacing/installing all of our windows. Their crew was professional, on-time and answered any of our questions. We researched multiple window companies and what impressed us the most was the fact that Freedom Windows comes with a life time warranty on their window install. You can buy the best window made and if the install is not done right then you have wasted your money. Freedom Windows guarantees their work, the other window companies only guarantee their install for a limited amount of time. Can't be more pleased with our decision !

When I found out the cost of replacement windows, I immediately scheduled 8 interviews in the greater Columbus area! I can't express how happy I am that I chose Freedom Windows. They provide superb quality windows at a competitive price. Their service is even more impressive! My head installer, Brice, found rot underneath the back door we were replacing. They removed all the rotted wood, bought lumber to replace it and finished everything perfectly. When asked about the extra cost, I got a text from the installer and owner saying "no extra cost at all, this is what you get from choosing Freedom Windows 🙂." They are THE BEST!

Brian and his helper new what they were doing and got the job done fast and made sure it was to my liking and that I understood how the windows worked. My greatest appreciation was how they confronted my dog and how they greeted her no matter how many times she barked and it taught me a lesson to let my dog meet or greet people and not keep her away from people calms her down more. The more she can touch you the calmer she gets. Thanks

I originally researched 11 providers, examining Angie, BBB and personal reviews. I interviewed 5 of those providers. I selected Freedom Windows because of the product quality, provider and manufacturer warranty and Ryan Brown's (owner) no pressure presentation. His installation crew added to my confidence that I made a good decision. Brian and Joel were courteous, professional, friendly and thorough. Cleanup was exceptional. The sales, installation and follow-up has met or exceeded my expectations. We have had our new wlndows and doors for over 2 weeks now. They are attractive and have performed as advertised. I highly recommend Ryan Brown and his Freedom Windows products.

My husband and I needed 22 windows in our home replaced. I was referred to Ryan’s company Freedom Windows by a coworker of mine! (I work in the construction/development industry, so referrals from work already hold a lot of merit!) From start to finish, Ryan and the team were tremendous to work with! Ryan is incredibly responsive, knows his product, and will give you a fair quote on what you truly need to replace in your home! Our home is over 100 years old and the previous windows were installed poorly/not at all energy efficient. The team had the entire job completed in two days. The installation was fluid…the team ran into a couple of issues with the former framing and took it upon themselves to fix the problem without extra cost to us. They did not leave a mess and were incredibly respectful and timely. The windows look tremendous! I could continue for a long time, but do yourself a favor and look no further. You should use Freedom Windows for your home window and framing needs. Don’t waste your time with other companies offering pressure sales, inflated pricing, and poor product lines. Call the team and see for yourself what they can do for you! My husband and I won’t hesitate to utilize their services again in our next home!

Amazing company!! The owner and team are all great. It's amazing the difference new windows make!! My AC went out when we had that heat wave this summer, if I didn't have new windows we would never have survived!! Their prices can't be beat and they have the best warranty I've ever encounter!! My only regret is waiting so long to call Freedom Windows!!!

Ryan was great to work with and made the measuring/ordering process simple. The install was easy and clean. I can’t recommend Freedom windows enough. Bonus is the street noise is gone from the master bedroom on our busy German Village street.
