Ryan made the experience of buying windows so easy. I first contacted him two years ago about replacing windows but ended up having to forego replacements due to other circumstances. Two years later when I was able to finally purchase, he remembered me and my home and took care of everything, just like the first time I'd talked to him. Brian, my installer, was SO nice. He answered all of my questions about the install and was so understanding that I had no clue about replacements as this was the first time I'd ever done it. He also loved my dogs, which is also a bonus! I already notice a huge difference in my energy savings from my furnace not kicking on as much, and also the way that different weather days don't impact the heat/coolness of my house. After meeting with several different companies and based on such positive reviews, we found Freedom to be the best option by far. One of the main reasons we went with Freedom Windows was based on Ryan’s professional, detailed and comfortable low-pressure approach. He took the time to walk us through the whole process and make sure we understood all aspects of our project. His Project Manager, Neil, was equally detailed, helpful and personable when taking all of the measurements for the windows. Lastly, the Installers, Dustin and Gary, were great. They worked hard and efficiently, even with some delays and weather. They were very patient and addressed all of our questions. I also found them to very collaborative and creative during the project with several unique “wrinkles” with us and our home. We are extremely happy with how our windows turned out! We would recommend Freedom Windows to anyone who values attention to detail, customer support, and an honest and fair price.

Ryan, the owner, was very knowledgeable, personable, & happy to answer any questions. He gives his recommendations without pressuring you. His windows are high quality. Brian, the installer, was impressive replacing all windows by himself. He takes pride in his work, & he is very efficient. I would highly recommend Freedom Windows to anyone.

We hired Freedom Windows to replace our gutters. They came out to our home and provided us with an estimate. Within one week, we were getting new gutters. Very efficent, quick response time and excellent customer service. Highly reccomend!!

Ryan and his team are professionals. Neil the project manager left no stone un-turned. Brian, the foreman was speedy, clean and precise. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their windows. We had several custom size windows and this was handled to perfection. My only let down with this company was when I saw their logo I was really hoping it would be Mel Gibson from Braveheart. All jokes aside, they did a fantastic job!

Working with Freedom Windows was a positive experience from the get go! Ryan took a later appointment with me and stayed as long as he needed to work out all the details and ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Not only was he professional, but he really understood my vision and made recommendations based on his experience and expertise. The initial meeting was relaxed and comfortable - not a big production stage show like you get from the bigger window companies. The install was also a great experience. The installer was there on time every day, professional, and willing to answer any questions I had. In the end - we got more than we originally anticipated for a great value. Our home has been transformed in the best way - we are so excited to be excited about our home again. We replaced 4 double hung windows, installed two GIANT sliders in our living room (OBSESSED), a new sliding door with built in blinds, all 4 basement windows, an awning window over our sink - and last but not least - an AMAZING new storm door! I recommend Freedom Windows HIGHLY. You will not be disappointed.

The Freedom Windows crew replaced all 10 windows in our home, along with all gutters and downspouts. The soffit and trim were all wrapped with vinyl, with wood trim replaced as needed. The difference is truly amazing!! We had original windows, rotting trim, and leaky gutters, but now our home looks updated and beautiful! From the inside, we noticed MUCH better insulation immediately, both from sound and the elements. We live near a busy street and used to hear traffic, trains, fire trucks. Now, it's so peaceful and warm in our home!! We are considering further work down the road, and we will DEFINITELY be calling Ryan and his crew when we're ready!

After reading a substantial number of five-star reviews for Freedom windows, I made the decision to check out this company and their product. The owner Ryan is courteous, professional and willing to spend as much time as you need to explain all products available and assist in the decision as to what would work best for you. The installers were polite, professional, informative and very hard working. The new window and door process was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company to others.
