  • Comment: Freedom Windows were amazing from Start to Finish. I was dreading the whole Window Quote process but from the moment Ryan the Owner arrived, it was seamless! Not only was he courteous, professional and non-pressuring, but he offered different options and ideas that actually saved me money and didn't increase the price. He took measurements, discussed options and sent me an email quote later in the day. There was no, if you commit now, you will get this price or if you buy this many you will get this much off. It was straight forward and transparent. The week of installation Bryan and Iilse (I am sure that is misspelled) were fantastic! They were professional, friendly and worked non-stop for two days. I have some awesome color changes on the outside (suggestions made by Ryan) and they would make sure I liked the final look before preceding to the next window. Neil (Installation Supervisor) stopped in to make sure everything was coming along to my satisfaction. He was very informative and let me know exactly what their next steps were to get everything completed. My overall experience was much more than I could have ever expected.
