All around great group of professionals. I love my new windows and back slider door. I feel safer with the new products. Ryan is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about his products. Neil coordinated the install perfectly and Brian did a great install job. Very happy with my experience!

Freedom Windows has been wonderful to work with, and I love my 3 new windows and patio door! Ryan, Neil, Andrew, and Brian were without exception very courteous, helpful, professional, prompt, and friendly. The windows and door are beautiful, and I can tell that they are more efficient than the old ones. The door particularly keeps the room cooler on these hot days. I just want to add that I was impressed that Ryan spoke positively about the work of a competitor, even though the competitor (who confused Freedom with another company) was unfairly critical of Freedom and tried to get me to change my mind.

I just want to further mention that the quality of my new windows and doors makes me happy and is something to be deeply impressed by. I just got back from vacation and here in Ohio the heat and humidity have been really noticeable outside. I am really impressed at how my new windows and doors insulate the air conditioning and keep the hot humid air out. I am happy with the product in how it keeps the air conditioner under control to avoid more expensive electricity. I sleep better and feel more comfortable inside. I have more energy throughout the day and feel good. I am fascinated, thankful and super impressed at the extraordinary hard work Ryan and his team accomplished. The new windows and doors help me to feel more confident and secure in the home I live in. Ryan's service is absolutely worth every penny. I haven’t had their services yet, and I mean yet, but I will soon. I’m leaving a five star quality rating because I know who the owner is and he is brutally honest when it comes to his customers and his prices are super low that can compete with the big boys. The most important to me is he’s a small business like myself and I will always support small businesses.

Freedom window did an amazing job. Ryan the owner was fantastic and made start to finish great. Made us feel very comfortable in our decision on a reliable company. Door looks amazing and the installer was fantastic!! If your looking for a good company then definitely pick freedom windows.

Ryan brown and freedom windows installed our windows. While the windows themselves are good windows, our project is still not complete, it was started in March and it is now June 20 and we are still waiting for issues to be corrected. The good thing is that Ryan and the Freedom team have not abandoned us are still coming back out to fix issues from a bad install (we had 3 different crews come out to the house). We are hopeful that Freedom will be able to fix the issues and move forward.

We are very happy with the five windows and patio door installed by Freedom Windows. Throughout each phase of the process of getting our new windows and door, Ryan and his team (Neil, who did the measuring, and Brian, who did the installation) provided professional and high quality services. At the initial meeting in our house, Ryan provided clear information and helpful suggestions about window replacement. His quote for doing the work was very competitive. The installation went smoothly and quick (two days). We were especially appreciative of Ryan’s follow up after the installation. He carefully checked (and even cleaned) each newly installed window and door. In fact, he found a small defect (barely noticeable) in the glass of the patio door and ordered a replacement from the manufacturer. It is obvious that Ryan and his team give a high priority to complete customer satisfaction with their products and work. We do not hesitate to give high marks and recommendation to this company.

We were so pleased to work with Ryan and his team! It was worth the wait for sure. He is professional, pleasant and the windows we got were just what we wanted. Also, the staff he has on his team were clean, neat, pleasant and hard-working. We felt comfortable leaving them alone in our home to install the windows. The product is great and all. Ryan will explain that. What I want to talk about is Customer Service in a world where it's hard to find. Ryan has it. He cares about his customers and treats each one like a friend. Service after the sale! Well last week I called him after my son broke our back door. Ryan answered right away and took care of my issue. I had a contractor who broke a piece of trim around my window. Ryan took care of it. no questions asked. Service after the sale is key and Ryan has it.

Very professional and excellent work. I shopped several local gutter replacement businesses and they were by far the best value. Gutters look great and I am extremely satisfied. I would call them first if I ever need any of their services.

Ryan from freedom windows was great. He was very responsive when contacted for a quote. He arrived on time, spent time with me to understand what was important to me, and was very prompt in getting me a price. We were able to schedule the very next week. The gutter team were prompt and meticulous. Ryan came back out to inspect the team’s work after they were finished. In a day and age where finding the right person for the job can be time consuming at best, I’m glad I found Ryan and freedom windows.
