Comment: I met with four companies to provide estimates for replacing 10 windows and a front door. I was most impressed with Freedom by far. Ryan was knowledgeable and did not use any high-pressure sales tactics like other companies did. He was the only one to encourage me to research and get quotes from other companies and compare. The price was very reasonable compared to others (with one being more than double the cost) and the windows are good quality. The windows themselves are only half of the equation though. The best windows installed poorly will still freeze you in the winter and roast you in the summer. The installers who came out – Brian and Joel – are employees of the company and have both been with Freedom for multiple years. They both took the time and attention to detail necessary to ensure a solid installation using quality products (DAP 812 insulating foam) and a clean environment after the work was complete. My windows were installed in November 2022 and my heat pump has never worked so well. My house stayed at 70 while outside was below 0 with no auxiliary heat needed.
Bottom line: With Freedom, you pay for quality windows and quality installation from a local company. Not high-pressure salesmen, limited-time offers, radio ads, mailers, commercials, and sub-contracted installation crews that you get with other companies.
