Why did the customer contact us?

Lisa Rine lives in a beautiful home right on the golf course at Heritage Country Club in Hilliard. Her old builder-grade tan wood windows (same color inside and out) were rotting, inefficient, drafty, and giving the house a bland, dated appearance that didn’t do justice to her stunning brick and stonework. A close neighbor (and friend) had us do all-new black windows last summer, and Lisa loved how sharp and modern they looked... so she reached out to Freedom Windows to get the same kind of upgrade for her own home.

Solutions provided:

We replaced every window with premium, high-efficiency units featuring a rich clay exterior color that beautifully complements and highlights the grouting in her brick and stone facade. Inside, we kept everything clean and crisp with a bright white finish for a fresh, modern contrast. 

We eliminated the old transoms above the double-hungs, making the windows significantly taller to let in much more natural light and give the home a taller, more open feel. For one area with a stacked double-hung/picture window combo, we replaced it with a large, seamless slider window featuring a fixed picture center flanked by operable sides... creating a wide, unobstructed view that dramatically brightens the space.

We also upgraded her old sliding glass door to a brand-new, energy-efficient model in the same clay exterior and white interior.

Lisa is thrilled with the transformation... the home feels brighter, more modern, and far more efficient, the clay color makes the brick and stone pop in all the right ways, and she loves how the neighborly inspiration turned into her own standout upgrade. This project is a perfect example of how thoughtful color choices and smart window redesigns can refresh a golf-course home while boosting comfort and curb appeal!
