Quinn Allen reached out about his beautiful brick home with cream-colored siding in Powell. The original white builder-grade windows with classic colonial grids felt dated and didn't do justice to the home's strong facade. Quinn was inspired by a neighbor down the street (one of our happy customers) who had gone with black windows, and he wanted that same bold, modern upgrade: sleek black frames everywhere to dramatically contrast the brick and cream tones, plus top-tier energy efficiency to keep the house comfortable year-round.

Solutions provided:

We went full black-on-black for maximum impact: matte black exterior frames, black interior frames, and a black spacer system throughout—no breaks in color, just clean, contemporary style that makes the windows truly pop against the brick and cream siding.

We kept the grid pattern specialty and modern: one vertical grid on the top sash only, with a clear, unobstructed bottom sash for an open, airy view that feels fresh and uncluttered.

To boost performance, we upgraded to our premium I-89 glass package with 366 low-E coating—delivering outstanding energy efficiency, better insulation, and noticeable savings on utility bills.

Quinn couldn't be happier with the results.
