I highly recommend Freedom Windows! For years we have wanted to replace our windows and we finally decided that this was the year. After hearing such positive praise and reading great reviews about Freedom Windows, I contacted them. Ryan, the owner of the company, came out to our house to meet with us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the windows, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. What we really appreciated was how much he cared about the aesthetics. He offered creative solutions and thoughtful suggestions and their pricing was extremely competitive. The whole process from start to finish was low stress and very positive. Brian and Josh, the project manager and window installers were professional and efficient. We love our new windows! Our views are now amazing. My husband and I could not recommend Freedom Windows more. They are an awesome company!

I wanted make a point of letting our community know about a local company that is doing great work. Around Christmas time, we finally decided it was time to replace our windows and called 3 different companies to get quotes. We had the "big" name (with the big promises of typical buy one, get one free- where we literally laughed out loud, when they told us the price), and, whose, salesperson minimized our requests, and spent the whole time criticizing other window companies. I had seen others on our local Facebook group recommend Ryan Brown with Freedom Windows, and I really appreciated that they were a local business with great reviews. From start to finish we were impressed with Ryan, Jason, Neil, Brian and Joel. Jason actually listened to us, and made terrific suggestions to deliver exactly what we wanted, and introduced us to products that we didn't even consider at a fraction the price the "big" company was quoting. Ryan- personally texted back promptly to every question about windows that my husband had which was a lot, providing photos so we could see and understand every aspect. Brian and Joel, installed our windows with such efficiency, quality and care (and were amazing with our 2 yr old Fox Red Lab- who is going to miss them greatly :)). Brian is a real craftsman, and is a true expert in the field. Our windows turned out amazing. The Picture Window in our 4 seasons room changes the whole look and feel of our space. We cannot recommend Freedom Windows enough. You will not be disappointed in their prices, products and service. (I had to share the photos of our picture windows, and can't wait to enjoy spring with our spectacular views). Thanks so much Ryan and Freedom Windows.

Freedom Windows was amazing, from consultation and explaining the vast world of windows to communicating with me in between ordering of windows and installation. The installation crew was great, they were friendly, professional and did not miss a step when my young son was following them around. I would recommend Freedom Windows to everyone. I will be using them again for doors when the time comes.

We went with Ryan and Freedom Windows to replace all the windows in our house. After meeting with several different companies and based on such positive reviews, we found Freedom to be the best option by far. One of the main reasons we went with Freedom Windows was based on Ryan’s professional, detailed and comfortable low-pressure approach. He took the time to walk us through the whole process and make sure we understood all aspects of our project. His Project Manager, Neil, was equally detailed, helpful and personable when taking all of the measurements for the windows. Lastly, the Installers, Dustin and Gary, were great. They worked hard and efficiently, even with some delays and weather. They were very patient and addressed all of our questions. I also found them to very collaborative and creative during the project with several unique “wrinkles” with us and our home. We are extremely happy with how our windows turned out! We would recommend Freedom Windows to anyone who values attention to detail, customer support, and an honest and fair price.

I had been doing my due diligence on getting new windows for quite awhile when someone suggested I talk with Ryan Brown from Freedom Windows. Before I reached out, I researched the company as I had done with everyone else. I was truly blown away as I read review after review after review praising this company!! I called the next day and was greeted with professionalism, respect and best of all NOT A SALES PERSON! They took the time to understand what I needed and truly help me.. never once did I feel they were trying to pressure me or just treat me like a another sale. After doing so much shopping I can tell you this company was not the cheapest in central Ohio... they were however the best & worth every penny! I would recommend Mr Brown and his team to absolutely anyone looking to replace their windows!
